AR26 Charity's partnership with Albert Bartlett and the summer camp celebration was recently featured by the Daily Record as AR26's 2024 summer camps came to a close. The final camp session in Airdrie, held on July 30, featured an Albert Bartlett Potato-Themed Sports Day, with fun activities including a spud and spoon race, potato sack race and potato relay race.
So far they link up has seen 25 sessions delivered with an average of 30 children attending each camp.
Ronan Gillies, project lead for Central/East Scotland at AR26 Charity, said: “I think the partnership is great as both AR26 and Albert Bartlett have aligned values."
